In 2020, chef Nikos Efstathiou joined Giagia Koukou’s team. He started cooking in 2008 and since then he has worked in Greece and abroad, expanding his knowledge and experience in gastronomy.

For Nikos Efstathiou and the menu he has prepared for Giagia Koukou, Greek traditional cuisine has the leading role in sync with his modern attitude towards gastronomy.
