The result of such a delicious coexistence unfolds in bites that steal the show.<\/p><p>In 2020, chef Nikos Efstathiou joined Giagia Koukou\u2019s team. He started cooking in 2008 and since then he has worked in Greece and abroad, expanding his knowledge and experience in gastronomy.<\/p><p>For Nikos Efstathiou and the menu he has prepared for Giagia Koukou, Greek traditional cuisine has the leading role in sync with his modern attitude towards gastronomy.<\/p><p>\u201cI really like simplicity, without messing up the flavors. The menu is based on my childhood memories and my own experiences.\u201d<\/p><p>Memories, love and passion are some of the main colors in Nikos Efstathiou\u2019s taste palette. The quality of the raw materials and the dedication to handmade and unique creation result in a menu that will satisfy all those who want to eat with their heart
